My bowl has no QR code or entry key.
If your bowl has no QR code, follow these steps:
- Search for the model number SF10A, SF10B on the bottom of the bowl.
These model numbers are from SmartFeeder’s made during our Beta period which ended in August 2015. Accounts that have been connected to these models may still operate the SmartFeeder through the app until the user’s account has been deleted or moved to another device. A new account will be unable to connect to a Beta model.
If you are unable to locate the information plate on the bottom of your bowl, or if it is missing please contact Customer Support.
