Why isn’t my SmartBowl charging?
The SmartBowl can last up to 5-7 days on a full charge and depending on usage. In the event that you need to recharge, please follow these steps:
- Remove the Metal Tray from the SmartBowl
- Turn the bowl off, then back on
- Plug the Micro-USB cord directly into the back of the SmartBowl
- Once the SmartBowl is plugged in and powered on, the Petnet app should show “SmartBowl Online” and your battery percentage should increase as it charges.
