Introducing the SmartFeeder Ramp—because not all pet food is created equal.

When we were designing the SmartFeeder (Generation 1.0 model) we tested many types of dry food, but there are still certain shapes and sizes of kibble that lock together like building blocks and clog the chute.

That’s why we’ve created the SmartFeeder Ramp, to help every kibble slide into the bowl effortlessly. And because the SmartFeeder sits securely on the custom ramp, the stability is not affected.


We have been testing the ramp with our own pets and are now ready to share it with you.

If you are an existing SmartFeeder customer and are interested in claiming your free Ramp, you’ll need to locate your SmartFeeder Serial Number found on the bottom of the bowl, and submit your request here.

Food can also get stuck due to residue left on the bowl from oily foods. We recommend washing the bowl every two to three days with soap and hot water. Not only will this help the food dispense, it’s also cleaner for your pets.
